We promise and guarantee  we will not send you  texts, or emails...unless you specifically ask us to. 

Your Privacy Is Not a Marketing Tool To Abuse

Real estate transactions involve some of the most sensitive details of your life — your finances, your family, your future. We treat that information with the same discretion you'd expect from your attorney or financial advisor.


We do not share your personal information with third-party platforms, data aggregators, or marketing lists. What happens between you and TCP Realty stays between you and TCP Realty.

Why We Don't Ask for Testimonials

You may notice we don't have a wall of glowing five-star reviews. That's intentional.


When a client closes on their dream home or successfully sells a property they've owned for decades, that moment belongs to them — not to our marketing department. Your life events are not supposed to be marketing tools.


Our clients served us by trusting us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. 

Asking them to then write a review is like asking for a favor.

That's not the relationship we want.
